WELCOME TO EICMA

Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accorrori
The world’s biggest and oldest motorcycle show is known as EICMA—Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accorrori (which translates to International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition). EICMA has taken place in Milan, Italy, since 1914, with a few years off along the way for the occasional World War. The show brings together the entire two-wheeled world and offers companies new and old the chance to set up inside this building, Fiera Milano. If you ever find yourself in northern Italy in early November, don’t miss the chance to see the collective future of motorcycling!

RANDY’S PLACE
Randy Hawkins in South Carolina
When Yamaha went looking for a place to introduce its 2020 off-road motorcycle lineup, including the YZ250FX and the YZ125X, the company didn’t have to look far. The brand’s U.S. offices are now mostly located in Kennesaw, Georgia—not far from Travelers Rest, South Carolina, where AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer and National Enduro legend Randy Hawkins lives and his Am-Pro Yamaha GNCC team is based. The area has lots of beautiful riding trails, and Hawkins knows every one of them. He also has an amazing garage to host parties, like the one Yamaha threw for all the media members who attended the launch. Randy’s also still incredibly fast on a motorcycle, which made him the perfect host. Thanks for the hospitality, Javelin! (That’s Randy’s nickname from his racing days.)
